These Business Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and supply of pharmaceutical products by Lifejoy Healthcare ("Company"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with your order.
1. Company Overview
Lifejoy Healthcare is a pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing company engaged in the export and supply of our products across India.
2. Order Placement and Acceptance
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Lifejoy Healthcare. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability and accuracy of pricing.
3. No Returns and Refunds
- No Returns: Goods sold are final. Once an order is confirmed and processed, we will not accept returns under any circumstances.
- Expired or Near Expiry Goods: No returns will be accepted for expired or near expiry products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the expiry dates upon receipt of goods.
- No Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once an order is placed.
4. No Returns and Refunds
- Products available under promotional schemes are only valid during the specified campaign period. No claims for scheme products will be accepted outside the period when the scheme is active.
5. Sample Boxes
- Sample boxes are chargeable based on the location of the distributor. Charges will be communicated at the time of order placement.
7. Reporting Damages or Faults
- In the event of receiving goods that are faulty or damaged, you must report the issue to Lifejoy Healthcare within 3 days of receipt. Any claims made after this period will not be entertained.
8. Indemnity
- By placing an order, you agree to indemnify Lifejoy Healthcare against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the products supplied by us.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, MH, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, MH, India.
10. Amendments
- Lifejoy Healthcare reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
