Usage

  • Nasal Congestion Relief: Relieves nasal congestion associated with the common cold, sinusitis, allergies, and other respiratory tract infections.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to Xylometazoline or any other component of the formulation.
  • Not recommended for patients with narrow-angle glaucoma, severe heart disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, or those who have undergone transsphenoidal hypophysectomy or other surgeries exposing the dura mater.

Side Effects

  • Temporary burning, stinging, dryness in the nose, or a runny nose may occur.
  • Prolonged use may lead to rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa).
  • More severe reactions may include palpitations, irregular heartbeat, headache, or nausea.

Directions of Use

  • Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: One to two drops in each nostril every 8 to 10 hours as needed. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  • Administration: Tilt head back slightly, place drops into each nostril, and breathe in gently. Keep the bottle tightly closed after use.
  • Duration: Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.

Storage

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse.

Disposal
