Usage of PROLOJOY XL 50 Tablets

• Helps lower high blood pressure, reducing the risk of strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems.
• Reduces the frequency and severity of chest pain associated with angina.
• Aids in the management of heart failure, improving heart function and overall cardiovascular health.
• Used to prevent further heart attacks in patients who have experienced one.

Contraindications

• Should not be used in patients with a heart rate lower than 45 beats per minute.
• Contraindicated in patients with cardiogenic shock.
• Not recommended for patients with severe blood circulation problems.
• Patients with known hypersensitivity to Metoprolol Succinate or any of its components should avoid using this medication.

Side Effects

• Common Side Effects: Fatigue, dizziness, depression, and shortness of breath.
• Less Common Side Effects: Cold extremities, gastrointestinal disturbances, and low blood pressure.
• Serious Side Effects: Worsening heart failure, severe bradycardia, and respiratory distress (in rare cases).

Directions for Use
