Usage
- Indication: TEGLIFE M (1000) Tablets are used for the management of type 2 diabetes in adults, particularly when diet, exercise, and single-agent therapy do not result in adequate glycemic control.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tenegliptin, Metformin, or any of the excipients in the formulation.
- Renal Impairment: Not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment due to the risk of lactic acidosis.
- Metabolic Acidosis: Should not be used in patients with metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis.
Side Effects

- Serious Side Effects: Lactic acidosis (rare but serious), severe hypoglycemia (especially when used with other antidiabetic medications), and acute pancreatitis.
